PP prices moved insignificantly in the major polymer markets in India during the week ended on December 14, 2013. Demand conditions were moderate, and manufacturing activities of end products were active.
During the week, there was no influence of any international price movement. In the South East Asian region, price of the Injection Moulding grade of PP remained unmoved at $1,532 per metric tonne.
In the coming week, PP prices in the country are expected not to undergo any major movement, with demand remaining moderately firm.
